It does work to some extent but definitely over exaggerated on how much it affects your libido.

Easy to take

I took this for a week and didn’t at first understand why I was feeling so tired and exhausted. My mind wasn’t clear and I was feeling almost sad. My energy levels in the last year have been really high due to exercise and nutrition. After taking this it all seemed to reverse. As soon as I stopped taking it, I returned to normal. So this silent is definitely not for me!

I have a lot of trouble taking supplements. Most of them really hurt my stomach and then I don't end up taking them. I love the idea of gummies. These have a great taste plus I noticed I was thinking clearer after about a week of taking these. I do recommend them to anyone that doesn't like taking the capsule form.

Of all the supplements that I've tried, the one that has a noticeable difference to me is Shilajit. It improves my energy levels consistently and does so without the crash. I've used other brands, and I can't say that these are any more or less effective than any others I've tried.. What I can say is that they work and have a pleasant raspberry flavor. The fact that they are sugar free is a big plus.

Has a good taste but a little harder to chew ,gummies seems a little hard then other gummies other then that they great.
