I’ve used several brands of Ashwagandha. The metrics for if it works are if my sleep is deeper, more satisfying, and unfortunately if I have weird dreams. Good ashwagandha tends to cause weird dreams.I can say definitely this is good stuff! I take it prior to going to sleep and certainly my sleep is deeper and more satisfying and refreshing than when I do not take it. It works like other quality ashwagnadha that I’ve used.

I've only been taking these for a couple of weeks. There's no taste with them, which is good, cause sometimes tablets and capsules still have a taste when you're swallowing them. I feel like I have a bit more clarity and energy since taking these.
