Easy to put up
Very easy to put trim up as edging to ceiling panel trim. Sticks well and flies around corners. Adds a nice little finishing touch to the trim

Poor adhesion
I used it on the floor and wall gaps. It has poor adhesion. I tried hearing method but it didn't work. The surface is no smooth and easy to get dirty. It was poor quality. Waste of money.
