Well, I must say that the company tried to be helpfulThere is little technical information in the manual - in particular the polarity of some outputsIn the end I did get the info I requiredThey were more than willing to offer a refund but I wanted the information. We got there in the endThe product itself seems to be good valueI wanted 12 volt outlets, low watts mains 240 volt and to be able to charge from the car and solar for a camper van I am buildingNormally this would be involved buying a second battery a split or dc/dc charger, an inverter, a solar panel and then wiring it all togetherPretty much a full day’s work some of which I would have paid an auto electrician to doThis unit provides all that for about the same cost. Perhaps a bit cheaper and it can be moved between vehicles or taken into a workshop to provide light and power
