Love these. Have everything rx’d in one gummy. Was hard to find this exact combo. Many options avail to get just what you need. Great not having to find a way to choke down huge Calcium and Magnesium pills cut in 1/2 that are still too big to swallow! Just 2 tasty gummys and your set!Only issue is they get stuck together and so hard to get out of the bottle. My mother needs me to get them out for her, she cannot do it herself. They need a wider opening so you can pull the whole clump out and pull them apart and replace in bottle. They dont seem to stick together after that.

Love love love these! I take many different types of gummy supplements as I hate taking pills. These are by far the softest & easiest to chew and have the best flavor. They seem to work well at relaxing my muscles. I originally bought these for my elderly mother, whose doctor wanted her to take calcium supplements. I’m a big fan and will continue to take them.

So I took the chance on this; I was told by my doctor that I need 1200 mg of calcium a day, and liked the thought of these (tasty gummies) instead of swallowing pills. And I also liked the added benefits of the magnesium and zinc.I know it sounds silly, and every disclaimer with supplements says to check with your doctor first. I however, did not. I have taken these religiously for the last 3 months, every day. And this past week my blood pressure has gone up, my resting heart rate has sky rocketed, and I started getting tension headaches. After ending up at my doctors office, and then Urgent Care, I was told to stop these immediately. They affected my kidneys and electrolytes, causing all of these symptoms. After I stopped taking them, everything subsided.Just everyone reading this, please consider talking to your doctor first, please. Don't end up like me!

Definitely a quality product! Delicious to the taste and with all the proper ingredients. I have a critical calcium deficiency. I also have low magnesium. These gummies were the perfect answer for being able to consume a couple of gummies every several hours to provide my body enough digestible calcium and magnesium along with the D3 which assists with absorption. My only dislike is like all gummy type products, they tend to stick together. That was fairly easy to overcome and did not keep me from plowing through two bottles in a couple of weeks. Delicious way to take my calcium supplement.
