Excellent taste and quality. Saw that many cinnamon brands contain lead, bought this per a Consumer Reports article and threw out my old cinnamon!

This cinnamon was rated as having lowest content of lead by Consumers Report. As there isn’t a Whole Foods near me, Amazon was the perfect way to purchase. It was amazing to find out how many cinnamon brands have much more lead than is healthy.Tastes wonderful

After reading a Consumers magazine article about lead in cinnamon and finding out that this particular brand has the least amount of lead I decided to buy it. I wasn't a fan about the price but now I totally declare it's worth it.It is one of those things that you're evidently paying for the quality.For the longest time I have used Olde Thompson brand Saigon Cinnamon (It is slightly darker and it isn't as sweet smelling as the 365 but I have to be honest the taste is very good). And frankly I always believed it had very rich flavor... But truly , I was kidding myself because this brand has such depth of flavor, and maybe a little bit more smoothness but maybe because it's not necessarily a Saigon product it is amazing. I use it in my coffee daily, used it in my Greek yogurt with bananas, and I can't wait to bake with it.The other thing I noticed is unlike other cinnamons it seems as though it somewhat dissolves more or stays suspended in hot coffee longer.

Nice true cinnamon flavor from a quality brand lab tested for heavy metals. Love a dash of it in my morning coffee.

Update 2/16/2025: This product is now available again here on Amazon.There was a warning issued within the last year about high lead content (I think it was lead) in cinnamon. They (the FDA?) actually said that you should throw away the cinnamon you have had in your cupboard for a long time because of that, and buy anew. So I did that. This was one of the best for low ead content, at a non-exhorbitant price, so I bought it. Taste-wise, well, it's cinnamon and perfectly fine with me. I put it on a lot of things: cereal (instead of buying the sugar-laden cinnamon cereals at the stores), my homemade yogurt (Instant Pot rocks!), even my tea. Not always, do I add it, but many/most times I do. I purchased within the last year of this review and I'm already needing to purchase again, and I'm the only one that's using it here (I sure hope I'm not consuming too much cinnamon!). I have no reason to rate this product with anything other than five stars. YMMV ("Your Mileage May Vary"), as always. bon appétit!

This is the best tasting cinnamon I've had in a long time. It is now my go-to cinnamon.
