This is a good buy. It fits great and helps me with my tremors on my right hand! I got a pair and that makes it convenient to have.

This product is Affordable since you're getting two in one rather than buying one for each but, I have really small wrists and when I wrap it around I barely have any Velcro to close it. So, I am having to slightly raise the strap so it's slightly on the weighted area to make it somewhat wrapped so it stays put. That being said I am keeping them, I just wish there was a small and large option.

I have Parkinsons Disease which has made many activities much more difficult. I use these gloves while driving so my had does not shake when holding the steering wheel. When cooking it is useful while using measuring spoons. Without question the gloves help while holding eating utensils.

Worked great for my mom’s hand tremors. Tremors were not eliminated but mom said that her hand feels better.

I spent a lot of time searching for wrist weights that were 0.5 pounds and did not have finger loops. Thought I found what I was looking for, but these felt heavy for my elderly mother. Weighed them on my kitchen scale, one weighed 0.92 pounds, the other 0.78 pounds. I will need to keep looking.

I bought these for my husband because he has tremors. He states they are comfortable and helps his hand tremors some. He especially notices the difference when he is writing.
