Awesome little replica of a BMW. I am not sure what year, but it appears to be a representing a newer model. The attention to detail is pretty darn good if you asked me and for the price of just over $10.00 how can you go wrong? The rubber tires and accurate choice of wheels is a happy bonus. The pull back friction motor works but does not go that far. Not a big deal for me as this will be a gift for a girl at work that has an older model version real car. She is a car nut just like me, so I am sure she will appreciate the gift. Even though I will have to strip the paint and paint it to match her car, the paint job is very well done for a toy car of this scale and at this price.The doors open and the gaps are decent. The interior is well represented and is a decent representation of the real thing. I wish it had lights that actually lit up, but I am probably asking too much for this price.If you are a collector of all thing's diecast cars, then this is a nice one and worthy of your collection. If you are just looking for a toy to make a kid happy for five minutes, then again this is a nice one. I have been collecting diecast cars and trucks since I was a kid and would be proud to display this one among my collection. This is a pretty precise replica model of the BMW 4-series. I got these to place in my car since I own one of these real cars, and it's an iconic thing to do. Then after a few weeks, my toddler son kindly asked me to hand this car to him because he wanted to play with it, saying he wants the same exact car daddy has. How can I say no, right? This replica started off as a decor, but it ended up being my boy's toy. That's some pretty cool journey in itself.This model has very good details, the two doors open to review the interior which is a coarse representation of the real thing, all casted in a single black ABS plastic, but the sculpted details are close enough to resemble the real car. The car has a sprung motor on the rear wheels. So my son gets to propel the car and make it go, which is always his favorite part.This truly a BMW enthusiast's collectible, but it can be a toy, too. For anyone looking for these due to nostalgia in foresight, I can stand by these are great car models to have.
