Very good. I've been using it for a few days and I'm already seeing results, I'm using the Serum mela B3 também. The melasma spots have already lightened a lot.

Damaged box
The cream is brilliant, it really does work well for hyperpigmentation skin. The product is highly recommended! However beware of poor Royal Mail delivery- it arrived in a simple envelope hence why the box was completely damaged. If I bought this as a gift I would have returned.
