There was an issue with my initial order. Ive never had better experience with customer service from Cinco Jostas. They explained there was an issue with the packaging plant and immediately sent out a replacement. Having lived in Spain, I love Iberico Bellota Jamon. It is literally like butter. Anthony Bourdain correctly proclaimed its virtues.
