Wore these with dress shoes for an event. They worked great! Way better than without the additional support.

This does what is says it will do - and fits seamlessly on my sandals and flip flops. My only challenge came with placement of the pad. The directions give a general direction on where to apply the pad in your shoes, but not specific enough for me to know if it is the right place. I had to play around with it, but I'm still not sure if its in the right place.What I do know is that that make my flat sandals and flip flops comfortable and wearable for the first time in years!

I dont know why it got such a low review. This product is my salvation. I will be ordering again for all my shoes! I will be ordering again!

Figured they would work bring gel pads.Noooo, I work on my feet all day in the hospital and thought they would help metatarsal.Noooo, they felt good and all of a sudden uncomfortable.As much as I work and in my feet I did not have the time to stop and remove them. I work with patients all day.When I got off work I barely made it to my pickup and took my shoes and socks off and discovered blisters on my feet.DO NOT GET THESE.

I have a high arch but this was way too much for me. Wearing even for a few minutes and my feet were killing me. They arrived quick and are good quality - but really only will work for someone needing extreme arch support.

Have tried a pair for several days now.........ONE insert feels great in my shoe on my foot, but the OTHER SIDE insert I cannot make comfortable and starts my foot hurting........sorry 'bout that, but that's what's happening!! Hopefully they work well for others....just not for me......

It takes time to get used to this product especially the arch. The most difficult part is where to place it and know where your arch is exactly. I have flat feet and I am 222 lbs in weight and it supports my feet, however the shoe that you are wearing has to have some cushioning as well. By the way it takes up from the open sandals like 1/4 to 1/2 a shoe size extra just to let you know more in the height at least for me in the sandals of course in the closed shoes it will take 1/2 a size extra with the insoles both ways height and width. I have medicated insoles made just for me unfortunately it is very difficult to wear them in a sandal and these are perfect for that. I even put them in my fit flops because I need a higher arch. The only draw back is that the glue after a while wears off which is normal but you can use gorilla glue and the second draw back is that if your feet sweat it might get slippery for sandals without socks or tights. I like the fact that they are transparent in colour because when you put them in any shoe they blend. It supports my arch and just the beginning of the bottom of the heel but it does not spread underneath the toes but I do not need it. If your feet are small then you get more out of the cushioning in every aspect my foot size is between a 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 and I bought the small size and it fits beautifully. I even take them off and reapply them in another shoe/sandals that is when you need to glue them again. I hope I have helped with my review .Truly a wonderful product. I love it. I have very flat and low volume feet, so straps sandals often gap across the top. These work great to give my feet a bit of lift in the middle so I can wear some strappy styles. They’re also very comfortable and don’t show in most sandals if you buy the small size. They seem to last for years in a shoe. I just ordered a couple more pairs 5 years later. If that tells you anything!
