I order this tea just about every two or three months. I believe that It has helped my stomach, especially when I get up in the morning and eat my first meal. I used to get stomach cramps shortly afterwards with a little constipation. Since I started drinking this tea..I have no morning cramps and I believe it has helped regulate my bowels. It really doesn’t have much of a taste..maybe a slight one but it is not offensive or distasteful. I drink it in my first cup of coffee every morning to start my day.

I accidentally bought this instead of the "roasted" dandelion tea...I'm sure it was the small difference in price that prevented me from realizing this tea was un-roasted. I love dandelion tea and all its health benefits, but this tea looks and tastes rather weak (I prefer a more robust, coffee-like flavor). As such, I have cut open about 1.5 boxes of my tea bags and roasted the contents in a ceramic skillet over low heat on my stove. I had to purchase an ultra fine mesh tea infuser, and now the problem is solved. My tea is now dark, roasty, and delicious again! However, I think I would have actually SAVED money if I had only purchased the roasted dandelion tea in the first place!

This is the only tea I drink on a daily basis. You have to have a taste for this or you may not like it. But I really enjoy this flavor. I keep these in stock at all times. Perfect for winter days when u need a warm tea.

If using dandelion root for liver detox, do not buy this. I must have bought this in accident instead of “dandelion root” and this sucks in comparison!I’ve been a longtime user of dandelion root as a means of helping my liver detox so I don’t wake up between the hours of 1-3am. The “Dandelion Root” formula is a significantly more bitter tea and much darker in color. I could drink that and sleep a full night through. It was almost a miracle worker!This tea is significantly less bitter and much lighter in color. It doesn’t work nearly as well as the other. I won’t be buying this again - waste of money!
