Good so far.

Although sea moss is supposed to be an excellent health supplement, be aware that you cannot take it if you have any type of thyroid issue. I have a slightly hyper functioning thyroid, coupled with a history of thyroid problems on both sides of my family. And after taking this for about two weeks, I woke up one day and the lymph node on the left side of my neck was the size of an egg. Very pronounced and very obvious. I began being very worried about my health and what was happening, so I did a deeper dive into all of the supplements that I take and I discovered that because of the level of iodine found in sea moss, people with any type of thyroid functioning abnormality need to completely steer clear of sea moss.After I quit taking the supplement, in another two weeks the mass was gone, thankfully. I have given the supplements to a friend with no known thyroid issues. She's doing great with it.

I did not realize I got such a large mg amount. Planning to start to use them this coming week

I’ve been taking these and i definitely feel a difference in my energy levels and overall feeling of health.

I can't tell I have any significant changes after taking this for a week. It is easy to swallow and no bad taste afterwards. So far I do feel easy on constipation and have alightly more energy everyday. Will consume this bottle and find out.
