If you sweat hard like me, you'll definitely benefit from these electrolytes. For some it's too salty, but I say it's perfect! These are great post workout or on a hit summer day. The flavor is really nice without that sugar rush. I would recommend these for athletes, those who have hashimotos or electrolyt imbalance.

I continue to buy these over and over, as a matter of fact I have them on monthly subscription and always carry a few pouches in my bag because I’ve notices the difference in how I feel when I’m hydrated. My energy is better, I feel good and I feel like I function better too. Flavor is so yummy!! I have made it a habit to fill my water bottle and add one of these, and keep it near me at all times!! It has helped me drink more water!!

Would give a 5 star if it were a little less expensive. The no sugar content is what drew me in to purchase and it still tastes great. Not like some other hydration multipliers that can have salinity, this is nice and makes getting your ounces in easy. Make sure you mix it well bc it’s strong if you get a chunk of it, but it does dissolve nicely, this was “user error” on my part :) felt increased hydration and energy and enhanced recovery. Trying to get more water intake in 2025 and this helps!

This is hands-down the best. We stay away from the "other stuff" because of all the artificial ingredients, flavors and sugar. This one? Clean, simple & effective.We live in Arizona and take it daily... mainly because we eat super clean with minimal sodium and this helps fill any gaps. Since starting it, no more cramping. Praise the Water Boy!I personally don’t think it tastes like seawater at all, despite what a few others have said. My tip? Mix it with ice-cold water & it goes down so much smoother.It IS expensive when there's 2 people in the house drinking it every day. But for something that dissolves well, tastes great & works... I've mainly used liquid IV. Decided to try this with more electrolytes. The lemon lime flavor is decent not bad but not delicious. These packets are waaaaaaay more saltier but I feel really good while melting ij the sun after consumption pretty happy with these over the other brand. Minus the super salty taste.

I love these!! I'm on SSRIs, which means I'm incredibly prone to dehydration + I have started working out + it is SO hot outside and I am sweating buckets when I walk out the door. All those factors make getting hydrated difficult and I feel SO MUCH BETTER after drinking water boy every time. It's perfect for my 28oz Owala.The taste is a little salty, which I had to get used to, but it doesn't bother me honestly.
