Good stuff.. When you might imbibe a little too much, this stuff is a lifesaver. Either slam a bottle in the morning, or before you go to bed, and hangovers are much more tolerable. After age 50, I've found that hangovers last about three weeks. Not with this wonderful elixir. Tastes great, albeit a little salty. Does the trick.

These electrolyte packets have probably the most electrolytes I’ve seen in any hydration powder. After one of these I felt like I’d never been more hydrated! They can be really strong in flavor but not if you use enough water. Works great!

This is a genuine and honest review. Due to being denied a refund, I felt the need to inform everyone of how salty and gross this product tastes. I had high hopes for this product. I will be going on a cruise and know there will be lots of drinking involved, so I purchased these to hopefully help with hydration and recovery. After sampling just one of the fruit punch packets, I was absolutely shocked at how salty and terrible the drink tasted. The flavor had the tiniest hint of watered down fruit followed by unbearable saltiness. My friend took one sip and couldn't drink any more. The only way I was able to finish mine was to plug my nose while drinking it. I even used the full amount of water (32 oz) to make it "less salty" as the package instructed, and whisked it together in a pitcher beforehand. I have a very strong stomach and I'm not a picky eater but this was downright disgusting. I've never had a drink make me feel nauseous before, but I guarantee if I tried to drink this after a night of drinking, I would have thrown up. The point of this review was not to be rude. I hope to make people aware that you need to sample this product before purchasing. I'm disappointed that I can't return it and get my money back.

I’ve used lots of products for hydration and recovery and this one is by far the best. I love the variety pack of weekend recovery. All the flavors are great except the lemon ginger which isn’t bad but it isn’t as good as all of the rest. The blue raspberry tastes kind of like a bomb pop to me. Used this every morning and evening while in Vegas on vacay in 110ish degree weather and it was a lifesaver. It is a bit pricier but it is 100% worth it because it PERFORMS. It significantly helps me with any next day anxiety after drinking but I also just like it as a morning mixer for water. I’ve purchase two of these and just came to buy another so thought I’d take the time to review.

As said in the title; I would say it helps my hangovers and severe overnight dehydrations (since I am a hot sleeper and tend to sweat a lot during the night), but it tastes horrible. More specifically, the taste is alright as in sweet but you just feel like you're drinking seawater.

These were ok I tried them to avoid a hangover. I felt ok the next day but these were very salty in flavor. Be ready for maximum salt flavor.

I have been using liquid iv for long time but when my friend introduced me to waterboy I’d never looked back. It’s amazing but it might be a little bit too salty for some people.
