I’m usually a size 10-12 and decided to buy a size M, I’m on the last hooks so I’ve decided to re-purchase a size S to see if a smaller size would work even better but honestly It works so well! Definitely smooths everything out and compresses on the waist perfectly. Very comfortable, I’ve worn it for maybe 10 hours straight before when going out and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. My only complaint are the straps as the hooks are quite large and kind of dig into the skin, plus the huge straps aren’t that aesthetically pleasing/easy to hide. However I bought some thin straps separately to replace the old ones and looks much better/ doesn’t hurt the shoulders as much so this is an easy fix if something like that bothers you. Apart from that great shapewear definitely buy it!

I’ve bought several of these as I’ve got smaller and that is because of the great quality. Great value for money, fits really well and is comfortable. I felt that these were better than some more expensive ones I’d purchased and returned from other brands/sellers

I bought this fans because I always have an issue with traditional waist trainers, they always cinch me in super tight at my waist but then my mum pooch falls out or sticks out, so I was looking for something with longer coverage.For reference I already have quite a small waist, of it weren’t for my boobs I’d be a size 10 in everything, but I couldn’t wear a size 10 button down shirt or anything with little stretch. But I’m a size 12/14 in my bum and hips so I opted for a size M.I think there’s more compression on my legs than my lower stomach. The garment is beautifully made and definitely worth the money they’re asking but I’m not too sure about the sizing. It’s seamless under clothes but not giving the results I was hoping for, I thought there’d be more compression round my stomach, it does emphasise my curves but it’s not holding me the way I want to be held and I’m on the last row of hooks already and I’ve only had it a day. I just worry if I size down I’ll be too compressed in my thighs and bum that it’ll look like I’m wearing a faja - you know what I mean?I think I’m going to look at their other garments that are more waist focused as that’s the area I’m trying to focus on, maybe a bodysuit or something. Will definitely buy from this company again but maybe full body fajas aren’t for me!

Right pic is after. I love this so much. It snatches the waist in so much! And the booty is UNREAL in it. The only thing you might not like is the line down the front for the clips. You can see the outline of the line. But I wore a ruffled dress so it wasn’t really noticeable. Nor did I care cause it looked so good. I wish I had a front on pic to show the difference. Basically you don’t see the outline of your stomach it’s seamless. And it will smooth your back too. Make sure you get the right size. I’m a UK 18-20 I got 2XL. Hand wash it so you don’t lose shape. Oh and has a zip for you to pee. Tip: unzip, hold open and lean forward so you stay dry 🤣

Compression does what it says but the “butt lift” panels leave VPLs through your clothes - defeats the point? It does shape nicely if you’re not worried about close fitting garments though. True to size chart. Bit of a wrestle to do up but comfortable when on.

Listen I’m a cs mom who finally got ready to work on my belly at 6months postpartum and this was giving figure 8, hour glass call it whatever in a minute and the best part I could wear it all day and feel ok it’s comfortable and has a wee zipper for toilet use.

I was sceptical buying this, but after losing 7 stone I have still got a bit of a belly, this completely flattens it! I got a medium, could of probably got away with small! Will definitely buy it in black too!

If you want to look snatched this here is the waist trainer you want! Also size down if not you won’t get that snatched look. I’ve purchased plenty of waist trainers and this by far my favorite. It’s super comfortable and lightweight but has nice compression. You really can’t see it under your clothes unless you’re wearing a skin tight clothing. The material quality is amazing! Definitely worth the money! Super functional and gives a great appearance !

La calidad de la faja es excelente, aunque si quieres estar cómoda únicamente pide una talla menos pero si quieres tener más resultados o moldeo pide 2 tallas menos. Normalmente soy talla L pero pedí una M y me quedó bien aunque la pediré en S para que me moldee aún más. En verdad no se arrepentirán en comprarla.

Following other reviews, I sized down and am glad I did! Usually an XL, 200lbs, 5’10, and a large was perfect, nice and tight which is what you want for this item to serve its purpose. Heavy duty clasps, good quality material, nice butt lift and the muffin top is nonexistent! Very comfortable too! Straps can be removed tucked in and still stays up! Would buy again!
