The Best Rice
Let me tell you folks, Cream of Rice Gluten Free Hot Cereal, it's tremendous, absolutely tremendous. I've had many cereals in my time, but this one, folks, it's something else.First off, let me say, it's gluten-free. Gluten, folks, gluten is the enemy. Cream of Rice has figured it out, and they've made a cereal that's friendly for everyone, including bodybuilders. Now, bodybuilders, they want the best for their bodies, and this cereal, let me tell you, it's got the fuel you need to build those muscles.But now, let's talk about office jobs. If you're sitting at a desk all day, well, Cream of Rice might not be your top choice. You need something hearty, something that can power you through those long meetings and endless emails. This cereal, it's more like a sprinter than a marathon runner. It's quick energy, not the sustained power you might need in the office.Now, don't get me wrong, it's a fantastic cereal, but you've got to pick the right battles. If you're pumping iron in the gym, Cream of Rice is your go-to breakfast. But if you're in the corporate world, you might want to pair it with something more substantial to conquer that daily grind.In conclusion, Cream of Rice is a winner for bodybuilders, a real champion. Quite pleased.
I can no longer eat oatmeal or cream of wheat. This fills that spot. It does taste different because it's rice but that is fixable. More labor intensive to heat up though. Be prepared to be more attentive than when you're heating instant oatmeal.

Heart warming
Nice heart warming cereal to have on those cold winter morning . I added chunks of apple to the mixture as I was cooking it and it was perfect. Boxes are small and a bit pricey but I can’t find it in the stores anymore. Would order again.

Opened product
Nice taste and texture, top quality ingredients which makes it a good carb source; It’s not a 5 star product because 1 out of the 4 boxes was opened (had to throw it away), seems like it was opened on purpose, I don’t know if it was USPS handling or Amazon’s; associates need to be more gentle with the merchandise, specially if someone is going to consume it.

Same as it was 60 years ago!
I grew up on hot cereals during winter. Cream of Rice was one of the daily options. Several years ago, I looked on Amazon and could only find the Mexican labeled product, Crema d'Arroz. 14 oz box. I just bumped into an unopened box in the cupboard. Yes, out of code, but it cooked perfectly and tasted fine. So, I ordered a couple boxes of fresh product. To my surprise, this box weighs 14 ounces. The old, box in the cupboard, some 10 years old, weighs 14 ounces also. With today's economy, at least the size has not been reduced. I am sure the price has gone up, but what hasn't. Bottom line, this cooks in minutes. Boil 1 cup of salted water, sprinkle in 1/4 C Cream of Rice. Stir gently. Bring to a boil again, simmer for 1/2 minute, and turn off the heat. Let sit a couple of minutes and Voila! A delicious bowl of hot cereal. Add butter and sugar to taste. Super fast cooking. Even toasting a couple slices of bread take almost the same amount of time. This is a wholesome breakfast!
