Very sturdy and plugged in and set up in a few minutes. Works with Alexa too

It was really easy to set up. The design is good as it’s not too big. It works well with the Alexa and is easy to pair. It also works well on the voice command.I found using it with things like lamps worked as it should, no issues. But it doesn’t seem to work with kettles (after googling smart plugs I was skeptical if this would really work anyway. But that’s no biggie). It doesn’t seem work well with TVs or Sky, it seems to reset them so they have to reboot each time. Not only does this take a long time, but whenever you reboot a sky box you have to get the remote to turn it on! So unless it’s a user error, TVs and Sky boxes are a bit pointless which is a shame. But for other gadgets it does work well.

Easy to use and set up , fairly compact too , less expensive than others out there but still do a very good job

This item replaces a really big and clunky version that was ugly. This neat updated version it just great. You hardly notice it's there and it took 2 mins to configure for on and off timings. We have one at the front of the house and one at the rear. Both took less than a few minutes to install and get working. Great product IMO.

These plugs are great. Simple to setup. Work great with their own app or alexa. Definitely buying more

Bought 2 of these and they were so easy to set up and schedule, so bought another 2 and I couldn't get the plug from the light to physically fit into the smart plug. Tried other ones and tried swapping them round for the original ones that fitted easily and eventually managed to get all 4 plugged in. Now tried to remove one and it took brute force to get it out. So had the 'difficult to use' smart plugs arrived first, I would have returned them as not fit for purpose. But they are great if you can get to plug things in and out easily.

Product works well when linked to home WiFi and can be controlled via the app -BUT- the main thing I wanted to be able to do was connect it to Alexa, and this does not work - if you have the technical expertise of reprogramming your router to make it 2.4ghz then it might, but that is beyond my knowledge…disappointing…gave three stars cos the product does work, albeit not as I wanted it to…
