Brilliant Fans
I purchased two of these fans a month ago and so far they have been brilliant.Installation and assembly are not too bad as long as you follow the instructions carefully if you don't you will have to re-trace some of your steps to get the correct assembly .The fans are very quiet and really powerful, putting out quite a breeze. The lights too have three different colours and are dimmable and are very bright ( better than expected). These fans are excellent for the money (£88) and look good . Well worth the money
The media could not be loaded. I purchased a used/nearly new one, arrived within 24hrs and with a 30mm hole in the bottom of the box it was packed very well and the components were undamaged and brand new wrapped in their original pastic bags. Having a good engineering background this is an excellent piece of kit, with taking your time and studing the instructions it was a piece perfect build. Absoulte zero noise and circulates the air nice without getting that air wallowing noise. The choice of 2 LED light settings it gives a nice soft light within. It has a 2 way switch to run the fan in both directions, for lifting warm air in the winter and the other for pushing the air downwards for that cooling affect in the summer!...NOT SILLY MONEY EITHER

Good but Finicky to Install
Once installed it’s a very nice fan with decent light output and good air output. The fan comes with a balancing pack in case of issues.Value-wise I’m very impressed: everything is metal aside from the blades and the light diffuser isn’t plastic as I anticipated but glass. It feels like a quality unit.It is also hefty and while it comes with raw plugs I would definitely recommend trying to fit to a joist if at all possible.I had two issues with this:- LED light blew on one, but was fine on the other. Thankfully this is an easily removable component and the seller shipped a replacement BUT did sting me for import fees. This took about 2 weeks to arrive but can confirm it’s now installed and all is working as expected.- The controller box and wires all sit inside the volume of the top decorative cap, which is honestly a very tight and conical volume to squeeze overly-long wires into. The problem I kept having was longer wires dangling down into the path of the ball swivel and it was tricky to push them up, put of the way and hold them there while also raising the cap up and finally getting it right so it could bayonet into place on the retainer screws. This was a nuisance and took a lot longer than expected so heads-up on that. Now they’re installed and working properly I’m very happy. They’ve been awesome to have in the last two weeks of warmer weather.

Value for money? Noise level and Airflow
After being on reduced wage due to furlough for a year, being off work for 3 weeks following a Stroke and now forced into self isolation due to a family member returning a positive PCR test. spending over a £100 on a fan when similar are available for a third of the cost was a gamble after such a long period of reduced cash flow. Was it worth it? Most definitely. The parcel arrived within two days and you notice that the box is definitely 6kg - upto a third heavier than its cheaper counterparts and extremely well packaged - everything inside has an allocated slot cut out of the polystyrene protective casing, unfortunately the plastic light diffuser had a small crack in its side caused by not being seated 100% into its allocated slot - which although doesn't prevent it from fitting or being used {this was the only issue I had} - I hope the customer services will be as good as the product and look to replace it.InstallationLaying out the contents and looking at the pictorial installation guide it was clear how the unit would fit together and be installed. Primarily you have five components, the blades, the motor and light body, The remote control receiver unit, the drop bar {comes with two lengths so you can decide how low you want the fan from the ceiling} and the ceiling bracket. After removing the original light fitting back to just three wires brown, blue and earth I screwed the ceiling bracket into the ceiling - fortunately picking up a joist with two screws and using cavity plugs on the other two. Secured the brown blue and earth cables coming out of the ceiling into the ceiling mount terminal block where indicated and from here on in wiring the motor and remote control receiver is done by simply connecting four pin plugs together. The blades simply push into the motor housing and one screw secures. the drop bar is attached by pushing a metal pin into two holes and tightening with a screw and then the drop bar and metal housing drops into a slot on the ceiling mount. At this point just connect the four pin plugs and job done. No holding the weight of the light unit whilst wiring up which is normally the case.Build qualityLooks and feels really good, even the ceiling mount has a pre-glued rubber pad so when its screwed tight to the ceiling will help counter any irregularities of the ceiling surface - i.e. stipple finish and I guess counter the movement or vibration, if any, from the fan movement being transferred through the unit. Everything fitted together easily, snugly and intuitively.Does it workOoh Yes. The unit has three speed settings, you will struggle to hear the motor on the first two and even on the third I believe all you hear is the airflow rushing over the blades. The light has two settings a bright white light and a yellow dimmer one. The remote control works well and has pre-set time delays. As the unit is being used in my bedroom the fact I wanted a motor that could not be heard whilst providing great airflow was the primary reason behind the purchase, yes there are cheaper ones but would I be able to sleep with motor noise - or awake with a headache after listening to a constant drone, I guess now I wont find out. At the end of the day you pay for what you get, i guess as the motor is noticeably heavier than cheaper models means its better quality? more powerful? will last longer - time will tell.

Does the job.
Reasonable quality for the price, works well if a little noisy on higher speeds. Does the job.

Mind boggling fan!
I don't normally put my opinion on the internet however, if there was ever a reason it would be this fan. Ever since we bought this unsuspecting fan our lives have been unequivocally improved. When I saw the price I thought "wow that's a good deal" and upon installing I have retracted my first statement as it doesn't even come close to doing it justice. I just want to say how much I appreciate the engineering feat that is this fan.First of all it was extremely easy to install, the blades are solid and fit seamlessly.Second, the space for electrical components it more that adequately sized and as an electrician this is a big gold star on the chart of approval.Thirdly, the motor is as silky smooth as the finest cashmere scarf. The silence of it is poetry in motion. And last but not least, it pushes so much air that thor himself would be proud of this storm it kicks up.So in conclusion, I would recommend you buy this fan, you won't be disappointed.
