Because I use a product for cholesterol I also use CoQ10. This is a good product to use. If you also use a product like Lipitor it’s good for your heart.

Good value supplement

A casual look at the pictures and text of the product would lead one to believe that these are 300mg capsules. Caveat emptor! The capsules are actually 150mg. The TINY print on the label reveals: "per serving". The Supplement Facts confirm the "serving size' is not one but two capsules. I consider this intentionally misleading. All other brands of CoQ10 appear to label their products as expected - assuming the BIG number on the label to be per capsule. On the positive side, even at 150mg per capsule the 240 qty bottle is a good deal.

My cardiologist told me to start taking CoQ10. Does it do anything? Nobody knows for sure. He's not sure, but he said "It might do something", so I take it. This appears to be a well-rated brand so, until it goes unavailable, which most of the less-expensive ones all seem to do, I will take it.BTW, the 300mg dosage is for two capsules. This is a good thing, as the recommended dose is 150mg, so the bottle will last twice as long. That was, actually, a significant reason for my choosing this brand.
