Here is my first hand review of these cookie crunch protein bar. This bar is nice chewy like fudge and surely each bite offers delicious rich chocolate taste. When I held the bar in hand, I was little unsure if this will keep me filled. Surprise! Surprise! It was very much filling. I can genuinely substitute a meal with this bar.

With 20g of protein, 5g of fiber, and no added sugar, it’s a great post-workout snack or on-the-go bite. Plus, it’s gluten-free and doesn’t have a chalky aftertaste. Definitely a 5-star protein bar—highly recommend!
