This bird feeder is a very nice and good quality bird feeder! We have had issues with the squirrels eating all of our bird food out of a previous good quality feeder and we have found that with this feeder the squirrels are not able to access the bird food. The birds however have no issues accessing the food. It is a win, win for us all!

I got this feeder for my mom for Christmas. Now that it’s getting warmer more and more birds are coming to it and they seem to love it. None of the squirrels can get into it, it’s easy for her to fill up, and it looks great in her front yard.

I see birds on the feeder every day! It’s durable and seems to hold up in the hot San Diego sun. We got our first rain this winter and there were birds on it even during the rain! It’s easy to fill and holds enough seed for many weeks; at least with how often the birds frequent it. Was worth the price and I like the simple design. I’ve never seen a squirrel near our house so I cannot attest to its squirrel proof abilities. Very pleased I purchased!

Did some research on these bird feeders. A lot seem to be cheaply made and don’t seem that durable. We live in Texas and the weather gets extreme out here. The second I unboxed this thing I knew it was sturdy. First, this thing is metal, which means that critters can’t chew through it. Second, it has a cool mechanism that if something is too heavy (Critters) it slides down and shuts off the feeding ports. We put some random seed mix in it and hung it up. The birds found it in less than 20 minutes and we are already down about 2 inches of seed in less than 24 hours! My kids love it, and we have seen about 7 different birds of all sizes eat from this thing. Very happy with the purchase. My neighbor has one that looks almost the same, except he payed $145 bucks for it, and I paid about $22. Happy Happy.

If you have a squirrel problem (and who doesn't?), this is the bird feeder for you! I've tried several, and the spring mechanism makes it impossible for squirrels to hang on. They now have to be satisfied with the seeds the birds drop or go away. The color is great to bleed into foliage, but the birds find it thru smell. They love it. I love it It's all good. If you have a squirrel problem, get this: It works!

It does seem to be squirrel proof. And it IS attractive and sturdy. HOWEVER, the feeder is out in the open and it is NOT waterproof. After a good rain, the seed in the feeder got very moldy (8” worth of sunflower, corn and peanuts) and stuck to the inside and I am having a horrible time cleaning it out. The feeder doesn’t come apart for cleaning and the cylinder is too narrow to get anything in there to break up the moldy seed to remove it. I’m going to have to pitch it and find something else.

This is a fantastic feeder! It is easy to fill and easy to clean. This seems to be the favorite feeder compared to the two older feeders I have hanging. I will definitely buy this product again!
