Great Product, worked excellently on my 5,000 Pallet Jack I purchased a long time ago from Northern Tools which they had no clue of where I could get this item.

Did exactly what it needed to do! Fixed the pallet jack for $37! sure beat buying a new pallet jack!

These roller wheels were easy to install. You will need a hammer and a punch set to remove the old wheels and install the new ones.DIRECTIONS1) Raise the pallet jack as high as it can go.2) Tilt the pallet jack on its side to access the roller wheel.3) Use a hammer and a punch that that is slightly smaller than the roll pin to remove the roll pin on the old wheel set.4) Once the roll pin is removed, use a larger punch and hammer to remove the axle from the wheel.5) Remove the old wheel and install the new one.6) Install the new axle. Line up the hole in the axle with the hole in the pallet jack. Use a punch to keep the axle from falling out of the wheel.7) Hammer the new roll pin into the axle until it is flush with the wheel assembly.8) Repeat process for second wheel.

Well made and sturdy. They are just little too wide, and they rub on the sides. I am hoping they wear down over time.
