I suffer from depression, it is caused by a vitamin dificency as told by my doctor. I bought these because it had some things I was deficit in. I can already tell that my mood has improved. I'm not snapping at people like I usually do. I feel my patience has increased.I also have a horrible memory due to stress. I have trouble remembering words and phrases, and remembering what to put on food we sell at my job. I noticed just yesterday that I didn't have to ask as much and when i did what they told me stuck!!! It was great!I'm satisfied with this purchase and will definitely keep purchasing!

I was only able to buy one bottle before it became unavailable. Not enough time to determine its effectiveness. Does contain Ginkgo so can’t be all bad. This is the second brand I’ve bought that’s not available for purchase. Getting tired of having to keep switching brands.

They are misrepresenting as Phosphatiylserine 500mg. That’s what 2 capsules contain. They aren’t the worst value out there, but I may switch brands.

Just went through my first bottle and I will be ordering a second one. I had been taking prescription medication for my ADHD and when I didn't have insurance anymore this was a life saver. I have noticed better memory recall and retention along with the ability to focus for longer periods of time.

Did my research on what supplements are recommended by the AMA and this one has it all. The change is gradual so you may think it's not really working, until you stop taking them. My lifestyle has not changed, but my memory has. I would highly recommend giving these a try!
