Extremely Disappointing Product and Pathetic Customer ServiceI had a very bad experience with this product. Not only is the product of poor quality, but the customer service from Pigeon is also extremely unprofessional and rude. The product stopped working within just one month of use. When I contacted their service center, they told me that I would have to visit the center for repairs.After going there, I was told that the required parts were unavailable and would take nearly two months to arrive. When I requested a return or replacement, they simply said that since the product was purchased through Amazon, I should contact the platform. But when I reached out to Amazon, they gave me a completely unhelpful response as well.Both Pigeon and Amazon seem to be passing the responsibility to each other without providing any real solution. If there was an option to upload call recordings here, I would have definitely added them to prove how poor the service and behavior from both parties were.My honest advice: Do NOT buy this product. You will deeply regret it. Stay away from this brand if you value your money and peace of mind.

The media could not be loaded. This product is good but not great sometime is behaving differently as you can see in video The utensils kept on it start moving on their own. Don't know why? Sometime it's happen and sometimes not but this product is properly working so I keep it If any problem arises in future then I will update it here

The media could not be loaded. So disappointed with the product. I bought it just 2 months ago and haven’t used more than 3-4 times. Today I took it out to reheat some food and it started making a pound annoying noise. I have tried looking for help everywhere but couldn’t find any solution for this. And the noise is so loud and keeps coming nonstop it’s giving me a bad headache.I wouldn’t recommend this product. The reason being it’s just 2 months old and used only 3-4 times and already a defect has come out.
