I like this walker vey much. It is a little heavy but is very sturdy. Purchased this item because of the step bar which helps with my husbands standing and exercising. This walker does not tip when pulling up to stand because of the step bar. I'm vey pleased with this product and would highly recommend it to caregivers.

Bought this for my 97 YO mother. It's really heavy! And they're charging me $51 shipping to return it. I checked the listing and don't see the weight shown anywhere. The replacement I ordered weighs 7.5 lb. It's right in the description.On the plus side, it seems well-made and very sturdy, and came well packaged.

We purchased this primarily for indoor use. Putting it together and making the adjustments for my 6"3" husband were very quick and easy. It feels sturdy enough for his 200# body, and I am able to manage with assisting him out of a chair. It folds up with ease. However, one of the front wheels did not operate smoothly. We worked directly with the Vive customer service team over a period of a few weeks. They made suggestions on adjustments we could try ourselves. When that didn't work, thry sent a new wheel assembly. When that didn't resolve the issue, they sent a replacement walker. Their staff worked diligently and politely until the problem was resolved.

I was injuring myself trying to pull my hubby up from his chair. This footbar walker made the job absolutely effortless! The in-home physical therapists are amazed at the ease, and when I bring it with me to his drs. appointments everyone comments on how clever it is, not to mention how it helps to get him in and out of the car!Great customer service as well, as the first one came with a defect and they replaced it right away!

Love the idea of having a brake, but the walker is very heavy for elderly person and the top bar rolls, should be stable so they have secure grip. Would not recommend or purchase again…

This is one step above the traditional walker. My patient loves it as he still has more upper body strength than lower. It is a few pounds heavier than the traditional walker which is not an issue. Not sure why most physical therapists have never seen one.

This is a very useful device. We have one in both of our homes. This definitely safer than having my husband hold the back of a chair to stand from his char or bed moreover it is far more comfortable given its height. Cudos to the inventor.
