Very good quality product and supports the feet nicely but tricky to cut down to the shape of your shoes, as per the instructions.

Fab insoles. Fit is great and excellent quality. Helped loads with the pain in my foot. Definitely recommended.

They do increase arch support but have not really changed my foot issue. Perhaps I was thinking/hoping for too much but probably worth a punt as if they work for you it would be quite a cheap solution to horrible pain.
