Love this Cinnamon! My kids and I eat a lot of cinnamon. After finding out that Ceylon is easier on the stomach, and sweeter in taste I’ve been buying it locally for years.I was buying a non organic bag a third of the size locally, until I found this one right here. I am very happy with this product's flavor, quantity and price. It's nice to be able to use as much smoked paprika as I want, whenever I want. Gives a nice, smoky, BBQ flavor to things. I add it to chicken, burgers, roasts, gravy, etc. Definitely enhances the flavor. I have tried different brands, including expensive ones, and this tastes just as good to me. Would buy again and recommend it to others!

Itis OK. It does not have a strong cinnamon taste to me. I use cinnamon every day in my coffee.
