Excellent product

I am grossly lactose intolerant and this item has saved me a bunch of money. Most effective with lactose laced foods & meds using fewer doses or capsules No chewing chalky tablets, no weird taste, just a very easy to swallow softgel capsule. Container seems kind of cheap, but the product delivers.

Like that these are caplets, but pricey

These work better than Lactaid!

Love the beeswax capsule and adjustable dosage for lactose containing medications.

I find it misleading that the directions says 3 gels each time, that it makes the 120 count only good for 40 meals. I dont get why companies dont do 1 tablet/gel each meal with the right dosage so we dont need to figure out how many meals a bottle will last against other competitor products etc. Havent tried its effectiveness yet

If you are looking to ferment lactose, this works. I put in two gels after cutting them in half and worked very well. Fermented to below 1.09. Just try to make sure you get all the goo inside the gel into the fermenter. Then stir well. I seems like a very small amount of lactase but it works. Used 2 cut pills in 1 gallon.
