Better than expected!
I bought this book because I thought it was a journal that would provide reflective prompts and plenty of space to write down your thoughts. It's really so much more. Don't get me wrong, Dixon does provide reflective prompts but you will need a separate notebook to complete the exercises.What I loved most about the book is its hands-on approach to guiding readers through the process of mindset transformation. Dixon provides clear and concise strategies that empower men to break free from limiting beliefs and embrace a mindset of continuous growth. The book encourages readers to reflect on their thoughts and behaviors, paving the way for meaningful change.I also enjoyed the chapter on surrounding yourself with supportive relationships. Dixon introduces the concept of "vitamin people" – individuals who uplift and inspire – and contrasts them with "cortisol people" – those who may drain one's energy and hinder personal growth. Good if you're new to these topics on self-improvement.
I have read many books on self-improvement. I don't feel like I learned something new. However, if you are new to the topics discussed here, it is a good read to start.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

The framework is interactive and actionable. This would be a good book for a men's group, like a Bible study or recovery program. Could also work well as a gift at a transition point, such as high school or college graduation.

A great book that is a must read
A well written book on how to motivate yourself to be the best version of yourself, citing examples from the authors own life. The chapters were well researched, with the reader provided with small baby steps they can take to carve out a life that is worth living. A must read for anybody that is struggling to find their way in life, as it delves into how to find your true passions, and take action to make goals and dreams come true :)
