Good quality coconut
Coconut is grated well suited for baking or making sugar cakes. But it been getting more pricey.

Use to love this company for their finely shredded coconut.
Love this coconut, it was nice a finely shredded like I needed! Then they stopped sell it on Amazon for a while. See they are back but their coconut is more of a medium shred and not fine.
