It features strong suction power and convenient light controls, both accessible via an Android touchscreen as well as manual soft-touch buttons. This means you can operate the chimney immediately using the soft-touch buttons, without needing to rely on the Android interface.Additionally, the built-in Android system allows you to play music or videos independently, which is a great way to make your time in the kitchen more enjoyable—especially while chopping vegetables or doing the dishwashing. The overall performance of the suction, sound system, and operating system is impressive and works smoothly.Important Note: The installation package is not included with the product order. Once the chimney is delivered, you'll need to contact customer care via phone or WhatsApp to schedule the installation. Customer support is available from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and national holidays, you can leave a message via WhatsApp or email, and they’ll respond the next business day.The after-sales support is excellent. In my case, even though my location is outside Chennai, Mr. Ashish from Beyond Appliances reached out personally, coordinated the installation, and followed up regularly. He was very kind and helpful throughout the process.
