Very good ac. Cooling capacity is awesome. Build quality and other features are also good. It's very easy to use specifically with the smart features. Cools the room very efficiently. Installation was also very good and cooperative by the technicians. I would recommend this ac. Got this at ₹34k. You can get more discount in some offers, so wait for that if you can otherwise go for it.

This AC is Quite Good If We Compare With Other Brand .Pros:-1. Panasonic is providing a smart AC in a price of a regular AC and The App Is Top Notch You Will Love It .2. Cooling is quite fast and soothing. I never felt the cooling air pinched me or something, it's quite subtle and efficient for a medium to large size room.3. The smart features work quite seamlessly for the most part. Google assistant or Alexa connects to the easy very quickly. I'm happy to use these features.4. The app is quite useful. You can control the ac from anywhere, put timer on it so that it doesn't run all night when you're asleep, set profiles according to your time etc.5. The Big Pro Is That The Blower Of Pensasonic AC Is At Lower Side So It's Very Useful For Me .Now apart from these pros there are some cons too, not a deal breaker (for me),1. The fan noise is a bit louder than what i expected. But it has a mode to make it quiet.2. The AC Doesnt come with necessary accessories Like Power Cable , Stand . Installation Charges Are Costly Then Others Like I Have Purchase Outdoor Stand By My Self But They Charged Me 300 Extra For Installation If We Didn't Bought From Them.3. The Outdoor Unit Noise Is Higher Then Other Brand Like I Have Carrier AC And Noise Of Outdoor Unit Is Very Less .Apart from these cons, this AC is quite good for the price. The service is also good. To be honest this is the best AC i ever installed yet. I bought blue star in 2015 it worked for 5 years without trouble non inverter. In 2021 i bought daikin it was good at start for 1 year then gas leaking problem starts. I bought panasinic after seeing amazon and YouTube reviews and it's the best AC i ever came across. Perfectly fine with cooling i keep temperature at 25-26c. It chill the 12/13 size room in max 2-5mins. Air flow quality is good, save lot of electricity bill. Zero noice, display off feature, best for dark room lovers. Overall happy and satisfied with panasinic this is my 2nd panasinic ac, 1 i already bought last year for my parents room. Additional mirale app helps a lot to keep AC on/off though mobile before i arrive my room.

Working fine and smart app connect is very good and lot of features have in this function. And easy to use also. Value for money. Look wise have to improve bit compared to other.

The cooling works well, everything's fine, but there's a dent on the outside unit. No idea who did that delivery partner or technician
