I can’t tell you how in love I am with this book! Everything about it has so much love and intention crafted in to it. The recipes are such a treasure, truly authentic! This book needs to be in your collection. I’ve been baking my way through it since it came out and I have. ZERO complaints. It’s been the biggest pleasure. Thank you Bryan for putting all of these wonderful recipes out there for the world to share!

This is the best baking book to have come out in quite some time. It demystifies a very underrepresented cuisine, and allows you to create delicious food while learning about the history of the food in the process. This book will undoubtedly win many awards.

Amazing recipes and location pictures

Granted, I've only baked a few of the recipes so far, but 2/3 of recipes have listed ingredients that end up forgotten and not mentioned in the prep steps. Not "optional" stuff. So, you'll have to be extra mindful about what ingredients you're using and not using, and then make an educated guess on when and where to use those that get left out of the preparation.
