They Do Help Me
Now this did me wonders. There are many things in today's marketing place that claims to do this and do that. But these patches are worth the time, effort, and reasonable price. For me I'm in pain not all the time but to many times when I climb out of bed in the morning. So around 9/10 pm I place this patch on my lower back and wear it throughout the night. Morning 🌅 wa'la. Worth the purchase. Good luck.

Not fast acting.
Giving it a 4star because I had some relief. For the most part it dulled the pain a little. It was recommended by a friend. I’ll try it again.
