These patches are excellent for pain relief anywhere on the body. I use for my lower back and they are extremely effective. I love the natural ingredients and the easy application. They have a sent, but are not too strong as other brands are and many similar brands, but a few of them have wormwood. Highly recommend.

Excellent product. Seemingly simple, but to a simple person with knee pain, any level of relief will do. Multiple wonders of this product uses the shape of the pads very efficiently with menthol products combined with natural herbs. The pads also seem via there shape to help manage pressure on the joint to the extent that it helps manage the pain. Very simple complexity yet cool.

Bought this for my wife to try after experiencing a possible muscle or ligament strain in her right knee. Listened to a recommendation from a fellow golfer on how well it worked for her, so figured it may be worth trying. Advised my wife to start with half a patch, as I was told it may cause mild “burning”. After trying it, my wife was pleasantly surprised with the pain relief, and “ graduated” to a full patch the next day. We may well be on our way to becoming some of the next “ subscribers”, as she is so far pleased with the (temporary)pain relief,- Thank you!

The product is helpful but in my case it is not a quick fix. I use the infrared light therapy, stationary bike daily, ice, take supplements, do exercises for strength in muscles and balance, wear braces for support. I lost weight and I eat non inflammatory foods. Use the product if you choose, but, along with other things.

I have purchased several packages before and they worked great, but this last purchase was different. I put the patches on my knees and I developed welts, redness and burning. I tried again and the same thing happened. I bought 4 boxes, but I am afraid to try again. I am still healing with scabs.

After about an hour, the patch provided heat to my knee and provided relief. After using patches two days in a row, I decided to take some days off. I decided the heat would be too much for my 85 year old mother.
