Lovely quality backdrop, really soft and colour as expected. Does arrive pretty creased, however they came out really easily with the steamer.

Decent quality and colour like the pictures advertising it. However there was a rust mark on it which I’ve been unable to get out.

I ordered 2 Kate backdrops - the Antique brown and the rust iron one.They are made of micro fibre and has a furry feel/texture to them. It was wrapped in a plastic bag and upon taking them out I found crease marks where the folds were. It's easy to iron out but you will need a good steam iron for this. I didn;t get to use it right away and carefully folded them up again (careful not to crease the edged too much). When I took them out the following day I discovered the crease lines had come back but it was not too heavy and it was quick to remove on photoshop. However, due to the micro fibre material I found they reflect too much light and it is almost impossible to use the backdrop straight on with strobe of flash lighting. This is worse on the antique brown as it is quite a light colour and reflect more light. The rust Iron was not so bad once I tilted the background at a 45 degree angle. In the end I had to return the antique brown as it was not serving my purpose. I guess it is ok to use if you intend to shoot using natural light. Whilst the material is not wrinkle free it is wrinkle resistant. It is a shame the material reflect so much light, otherwise it would have been a very good product. I think the issue with the light reflection is worse with lighter backgrounds as darker colours absorb more light. I decided to keep rust iron backdrop.

Love this Background - blue texture 8ft x 8ftThis was a dice roll for me as i had never heard of Kate Backgrounds.I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the background. This is the best fabric background i have used.The fabric feels like a velvet and it stretches a small amount which helps a lot when straightening it out.Adding the elastic background tensioners really does help it keeps it perfectly flat saving time in photoshop.I will be buying more in the future.

As per usual with this company the product does not really match the description - it's in the ballpark I suppose but given the price one would expect better
