The heavy punching bag with stand is perfect for home workouts. The stand is sturdy, and the bag itself feels very durable. It’s great for improving boxing skills or just for a great cardio workout.

This is a heavy vinyl punch bag. It comes with an air pump with three different sized nozzles. There is one plug where you can put water or sand to weigh the bottom of it and then two plugs to blow up the top and bottom of the bag. Each has a double cap each with a different size opening that may have been done to make blowing it up easy, but I found it difficult. There isn’t a one way valve on either so you have to move fast to get it plugged after using the pump to blow it up. I also found it hard to get the cap on.It does come with patches.The gloves are adult sized and are well made.

So, my teenager wanted a punching bag, but since we're renting, we couldn't buy and install one permanently. But I found this cool alternative! You can fill it with sand or water (we went with water), and it comes with a pump to make it super easy. It's really sturdy, made of thick plastic, and it's adult-sized. I'm impressed! Whenever my daughter needs to burn off some energy (or she's feeling angry, haha), she just goes into the garage and punches the bag. Oh, and it even comes with gloves!
