Tracker
So, I read some of the prior reviews before purchasing this. Then I searched Google for the top 10 best trackers. This one was either 2nd or 3rd highest in an independent review list. So, I committed. And bought it. And then I followed the instructions included.First, you do need to register it and 2 pay for a monthly subscription. I opted for a year at a time. Came to like $108 for 12 months. Fairly reasonable, considering insuring my paid for outright motorcycle comprehensive (not required) insurance was around $3300/year.Then I installed it. There can be some confusing instructions since the included wiring kit has 5 wires rather than 2 or just 3. But, in my case, and I imagine most installs you'll only use either the live and ground wires (just 2 of the 5). Or possibly the white wire trapped into the ignition circuit if you truly want to know when the vehicle is started. But otherwise the install was a breeze. Honestly, they actually already installed easy to connect u brackets into the positive and negative wires for you. So, realistically, you really only have to connect those two lines to your battery and you're good. Finally, I had to navigate their software. It's OK. Not fantastic. But not terrible either. Now, if I even bump my bike. Reposition it. Or just open the storage cubby, I'll get a pushed notice that my bike has been tampered with. And just a minute or two later. So on the whole, I would highly recommend this product. It does better than advertised. Even notifies me when I'm speeding (both annoying - which you can't shut off and useful). But otherwise I'd say if you're on the fence this is a buy especially for the cost.Note: lots of cable length if you need to stretch it out. And very sensitive and accurate. I'd buy it again. And probably try other products this company offers. Especially since I'd be able to use the same app to track everything.Hope this helps.

Great solution for tracking
I installed this on my 2013 Victory Cross Country Tour before taking a cross country trip. I wanted to make sure I could recover my bike if it were ever stolen. You can view the location and speed of the bike in near real time and you can even track where it's been in the past. The app is super simple to use and the subscription is really cheap and worth it for the peace of mind. It's a solidly built little box and installation only took a few minutes.

Pretty good and room for improvement
I get notifications and text in less than a minute, even if I just remove the bike cover. The first day I got them with 3 hrs delay though. Now is ok but I still need to figure how to sett the call instead of a text if that is even possible. I’m not sure. Installation is very easy.UPD: You CAN'T set phone calls as alerts, neither for night hours nor permanently. Who needs notifications or email at 4 am when your bike is being stolen? They are useless! No ones gonna hear them! It may work during the day though, when I'm awake but not during nights. Your bike is basically unprotected during night and that is the time when 95% of thefts happen. So I had to set SMS alerts to a custom tune, so hopefully I will wake up if the bike is moved at night.

An awesome GPS tracker.
I have GPS trackers by another company that kept showing different locations for my motorcycles parked in my garage. This tracker has been spot on and so far does a really great job of tracking my motorcycle, my speed(!) while travelling and other things. I like this GPS tracker, the different settings and the pricing of tracking services. They have monthly, 1 year, 2 year or 3 year options. Monthly is most expensive per month while the price per month gets lower if you opt for the 3 year monitoring. I bought two of these units.

Must have Inexpensive product
This product I’ve been using since nov 2024 it was less than $30 bucks for a huge piece of mind, on my motorcycle, to get all features there is. Subscription if I remember right it’s 2 options 14.99 and 16.99 , either option is great for the security of your investment/property

Don't use if you ride with headphones on.
I wouldn't recommend this simple because the subscription is just a bet against yourself. It's better to use a visible lock instead of paying for a lifetime subscription. Also the speed detection is annoying if you ride a bike with headphones on.

Completely Useless When It Matters Most
I purchased this GPS unit with the assurance that it would work in my location, even though I am not in mainland North America. I went out of my way to install it in the best possible spot, ensuring it had an unobstructed view of the sky at all times. Even Hapn's own customer service team confirmed that it had proper satellite access. The real issue? These units rely on an outdated 2G network that is being phased out. Despite all my effort, the device has done nothing but drain my battery. Since October, it hasn’t had a clue where my bike is. Five days ago, I went for a two-hour ride—not a single notification, no tracking, nothing. The web platform and app didn’t even register that my bike had moved. To make things worse, even my battery tender couldn’t keep up with the drain from this unit. I do have a solar panel helping maintain the battery, and while it's not the highest wattage, that doesn’t change the fact that this tracker is an unnecessary power drain with zero functionality. In my opinion, anyone would be better off using a basic Bluetooth tracker (Pebble, Tile, AirTag—take your pick) than wasting time and effort wiring in this outdated, unreliable unit. If it can’t even tell when my bike is moving, how is it supposed to help when it gets stolen?
