Solid
Such an impressive kit, almost everything you could need. It is expensive and you could pack it for a lot cheaper but the pack is solid and the velcro rip of would come in super handy in an emergency

Good kit and a handy size.
I have 10 years in the military as a combat medic, and 30 years in the NHS, so am familiar with the use of this kit. Given the rise of knife crime and stabbing incidents in the UK, I decided to carry one of these in the car. It might just save someone's life some day.Good solid kit. Just get some sound advice on how to use it, if you are unfamiliar with how to apply tourniquets, pressure dressings, etc.

Very comprehensive
A bit of medical insurance for our travels, hope not to use it.

Great kit
Fully kitted out with a few extras. Much better than a cheap first aid kit

Has many types of injury covered
The form factor of the bag is great, can put the whole thing in or attach it to another bag. Other people seem to be putting one in their car boot which seems sensible. In terms of value for money, as there aren't many other kits available it's not clear if it's good value or not. I don't think it's overpriced for what you get, which is an extensive amount of kit. There's a lot of choice in terms of bag colour but I just went with a black one as I don't want anything flashy (like the camo one).

Nice bag
Good points: the actual pouch is brilliant & I'd buy one if they were sold on their own (minus the useless kit/contents), & the return/refund process was easy.Bad points: full of training standard items which are not fit for real-world use (most alarming are the nasopharyngeal airway (NPA) device, the tourniquet, the chest seals & non-Israeli, trauma bandage). In short: this kit would be great for pretend medics taking part in combat role play games, or even training exercises where any real emergencies are dealt with by real emergency workers with real kit. Otherwise, I'd advise you do yourself &/or your patient a massive favour & buy yourself a standard ambulance trauma kit from a registered NHS online supplier. BTW: the reason a real trauma kit costs hundreds of pounds (before you even think of buying a bag/pouch to put it in), is because they are standardised, reliable & fit for purpose in an emergency. This kit is seriously unsafe, & I'm shocked that people are just sending this stuff off to places like Ukraine without first doing their due diligence about its fitness for use in the field.

Comprehensive with good length on use by dates
The media could not be loaded. This is a pretty comprehensive first aid kit from Rhino Rescue which comes in a well made pack and has pretty much anything you would need to patch someone up. All the use by dates were clearly marked and had good lengths ranging from 2-4 years.I feel convinced by the quality and the fact that some of the pricier items such as the chest vent patches have authentication codes which can be check on their website to be sure they are genuine.Hopefully none of it will be needed by us, but it's always good to be prepared! Ive done a quick video to show you everything that you get in the kit and give you a feel of the quality. But i'm convinced and it may seem pricey but I think after having a delve through everything its not too expensive for what you get.
