Do all oats overnite products contain maca

Ive made overnight oats in a blender bottle before and the oats didnt blend well and would get stuck at the bottom of the bottle. Does this happen?

The nutritional facts state 1 serving size of 71g per packet but only 280 calories. What's the nutrition facts and serving size per 1 cup or 1/2 cup?

The 71 g is the dry oat mix in the pouch. You need to add it to your liquid and add the additional calories. I use 1 cup of sugar free almond milk and that adds 30 cal. They suggest milk.

Can you mix with water ?
