Honestly I was worried about this productWhether this product is going to take that level of weight or not. I am surprised by the product quality and price. It is so so good guys , just buy it. My grandmother is using this from past 1 month it is so much comfortable to use and easy to carry as well.If you go to offline market the price is same 1200, it's upto you whether to buy online or offline.

Overall it is sturdy, but it had dents. Paint was also chipped from some places. The item did not come in a box, it was just in a plastic bag. Better packaging could have prevented dents and chips.But it is comfortable, balance of the product is also good. It doesn't make any noise. It is compact and flexible. Overall the design is good.

I had placed order of walker on 07/03/2025 and when I received I found that all 4 legs of the walker are unstable and unequal. The body of the walker is fully scratched and defective one. It does not look to be a new product. When I placed return request with Amazon, but till date it has not come forward to pick-up my product and has not initiated refund of the paid amount. Amazon is an intermediary and has a responsibility to check whether product is fit for usage before delivery, but it has miserably failed to perform its duty. Furthermore Amazon has withheld my legitimate paid amount thereby making illegal and wrongful gains.I would like to make consumers aware about such companies who sell damaged and defective walker and e-commerce company like Amazon who is adopting bad practices by not returning the paid amount and making big promises.It is apparent and evident that these two companies has provided deficiency in services and in order to make profit they sold sub-standard and poor quality product to me.

I ordered this walker for myself after getting some trouble with my knee. I needed this for support so that I don't push my knee too hard. I must say this is the best walker in this price range. It's sturdy and comfortable and easily foldable which makes it easy to carry. Those who are looking for walker must try this.

For the price we paid, the product is quite useful. It is quite sturdy and can be used by my mother easily without any worry. The height-adjustable feature is quite helpful too. The product overall is quite compact and can be kept aside when not in use. The quality seems good so far and will know only in due course.
