Hi I'm Smoothie Queen know I'm not Smoothie Queen on a regular person who thought that being a Smoothie Queen would be wonderful for a while and it was but then I missed real food. During this. I thought that this powder would go good in my smoothies but I have to avoid oxalate and I found it peanuts that are all ground up and concentrated and dried out and defatted even higher in oxalate than regular peanuts which are regularly very high in oxalate. I don't want oxalate kidney stones and neither to use so I decided to throw this stuff out after a few tries. Very disappointing but I should have been smarter than that. Anyway the quality is there and if you do not have an oxalate issue the flavor is terrific you'll be just fine. But I want to make an honest review and so this is what it is. Maybe someday I will not have the Mac sleep problem but probably will so I will not be reordering. All the more for

This is a nice alternative to store bought peanut butter. It's nearly no-fat, & can boost the nutritional value of smoothies, cookies & baked goods, or can be reconstituted & used as a spread. Sometimes it's a bit lumpy when I do that, but I do recommend it anyway.

Low carb and great flavor. I’d definitely buy again!

I’ve tried a few PB powders, this was the only “keto” one and it was by far my favorite of all that I tried. I will be repurchasing this when I’m out of all of the others. Sweetness level was just right for my taste buds, no weird twang.
