Good quality
Good quality but I do feel should have a label warning on side effects if taken incorrectly; magnesium can cause digestive distress if consumed in too high quantities

I would not recommend this product
In favour of this product it is reasonable & is flavourless. At first it seems to dissolve fairly well but quite a lot of it remains a white grit that no amount of adding water will dissolve. I tried using warm water in case this helped but it made no difference. I was left drinking a gritty substance which was not only disagreeable to drink but made me wonder at the quality of it. Unfortunately i bought the larger bag & I'm loathe to throw it away so I shall persevere but will not buy it again.
