Exceptional watercolor brush without the cost of sable
absolutely love this brush for watercolor. I have several of the black velvet brushes. this one is large enough to do a seamless wash without dumping all the paint in one spot. I like the smaller brushes too, but recommend getting the bigger ones. My next purchase will be another jumbo round but in the bigger size. Quality of brushes are a must in watercolor media. You don't have to buy sable to get quality, but don't use craft brushes. The quality of your painting will suffer and you won't want to work in watercolor for long. I almost can't believe the difference these brushes make.

I love all of my Black Velvet brushes, but this m. Jumbo round is my new favorite. Indispensable to the loose style I am persuing.
