This works great it is so much easier to use than a hand held crusher. We crush over 40 pills a day, so this makes that easy

We had the other, screw, crusher type, of pill crusher, but it did not do well with the coatings on most pills, so it left chunks in the crushed product....This crusher crushes very fine, and chops up all those coatings, to where you can't even differentiate between the pill itself or the coating... very nice product...

It is a bit time consuming so I'll crush the pills to smaller chunks before I put them in, but it does work as intended. Everything on the inside is plastic, so just be mindful. I have used it in 12 pills a day for about a month. No problems

unless it is smaller than the smallest aspirin. All the pills do is pop around inside and nothing get crushed up at all...has to split my pill into quarter which defeats the whole reason for buying it...not even worth a single star reviewsave your money and buy a hammer instead...doesnt even grind coffee beans either...even they are too big for it to do anythingtruly disappointed

This pill grinder is a fantastic creation when it comes to grinding your medications, it's very easy to use, saves time ; cleaning and upkeep is a 'snap' no effort at all; I am very satisfied.

Works very well. Clear plastic in base cracks easily. No replacement parts available.

Large pills, tiny pills, grinds them into a fine power. Sturdy. I'd purchased plastic grinders before, but they all cracked. This is just a little bit more expensive, but it's the keeper.
