Scooter is great value for the money my grandaughter was delighted with it for her big present at Christmas easy to assemble battery life is great also liked it as it had different speeds which was really good very sturdy and so easy to fold would Definitely recommend it to friends and family

It's a good scooter with adequate power and speed, battery life, also it is easy to use as you just get out of the box assemble the parts and that's all

Absolutely appalling customer service. The scooter was faulty. It wouldn't turn off, so the battery didn't last. They initially asked me to use a screwdriver to fix it myself, but I said no, I wanted a replacement. They then said they wouldn't send a different one out, I had to return the faulty scooter. I have spent MONTHS trying to get a refund and they made me pay for return postage to send it back. They first tried to say they hadn't received it back until I sent them photographic proof, then when I opened a case with Amazon, they blackmailed me into closing it and promised they would refund me aswell as the return postage cost! They then refunded me the cost of the faulty scooter only. I bought this as a Christmas present! We are now in March!! And I have just received the cost of the return postage on a gift card from Amazon not the seller! Absolute nightmare to deal with. Do not buy. Yes, it's cheap but judging by other reviews, it isn't well made!

I’ve been really happy with my electric scooter! When I first received it, I noticed an issue with the brake light due to a loose contact, which I think may have happened during shipping. Thankfully, the seller was quick to respond and sent me the necessary spare parts, so I was able to fix it without any hassle.Beyond that, the scooter has been fantastic. The battery life is excellent, giving me plenty of range for my daily rides. One of my favorite features is the 0-start setting, which makes it super convenient to just hop on and go without needing to kick off. Overall, it’s been a great purchase, and I’d definitely recommend it!”

I bought this for my husband and so far so good. It looks very sturdy and glides very well. I would have given it a 5 star but I want wait to see how long the battery lasts before I give it full marks.

Son wanted this exact model for his birthday (his best friend has the same one). For the price it's a brilliant scooter, looks quite sturdy. Tried first and I'm thinking to get one too :D

Fantastic product, easy to fix up too

Absolutely useless company. Brought a scooter 6 months ago the main charging point on it is faulty started sparking. Asked for repair or replacement said they only have 6 months warranty I am 3 days out of that. However it’s an electrical item should have at least 1 year. Have continuely asked for the manufacturers details so I can contact them as requested by Amazon themselves as I should have 1 year warranty but the seller won’t supply and just brushing it off. I brought the 2 years extra warranty and they declined my claim again due to it should have 1 year warranty. Seller is just not helping at all. It shouldn’t be this hard to resolve an issue which is clearly dangerous and could cause a fire.
