These batteries did not charge. Furthermore I wasn't able to return them. Beware of this seller!

A great price on rechargeables
They indeed came precharged, and I've already used some and recharged them, and they quickly came back to full charge. Time will tell how long they'll last, but I'm impressed with their functionality so far.
