Very smooth ratcheting action.
Our old banding tool was starting to slip because the knurled wheel was worn out. We replaced it with this tensioner tool and have been scratching our head whey it slipped under the radar for so long before replacing. This tool has been working extremely well on a daily basis in a commercial/industrial environment.

Heavy duty strapping tool
Durable and heavy duty strapping tool. It's not the smoothest operating but it works fine and grips the bands well to get plenty of tension. The long handle and big red knob give plenty of leverage.
