These chairs are very comfortable. They come with a styling cape. I really enjoy sitting in them and so do my clients if you are a barber this would be perfect for you so you can lean it back and it has a headrest if you are a stylist that does eyebrows or facials. It is good because they have the headrest and you can lean back. I remove the head rest from time to time When I’m doing certain hairstyles as I’m a stylist however, I will give these a five star so far if you have a big clientele with different size clients the base can become a little loose but that’s like that. Almost cheers all you have to do is tighten it back up however that’s only after a long time of use or a good amount of use. .

I’ve only had this chair for 24hrs, so I hope I don’t regret this review. So far it’s performing well, it looks really good (enjoy the modern look!) and it’s comfortable. It wasn’t the easiest to put together as the instructions weren’t clear on the most important part - the pumping mechanism, but the video the seller uploaded was helpful. They were also quick with their response time. Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase.

Good materials easy to put together.

Started using the chair and was very easy and functional until two weeks into using it I had a client at 220lbs 6’1” recline for a shave. Once done shaving and he sat up the chair could not stop reclining back. Fortunately was the end of the haircut but I could not put anyone else in the chair as the chair would recline once any weight was applied. I assured my recliner handle was not touching the gas shock to unlock the recline as it was doing it purely off of his weight. Design and features are nice but the quality in the moving parts that would be used frequently is unfortunately cheap. No response from customer support and unlucky finding replacement parts.

For some reason the chair won’t stay upright even without touching the lever, constantly adjusting it but it’s comfortable just annoying
